Delete Your Account & Data

Mazebert lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data. You can do this directly in the app, or by contacting us if you no longer have access to the app.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

1. From the Main Menu, tap My Wizard
2. Tap User
3. Tap Delete User Data

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion directly:

1. Send an email to contact@pert.pro with the subject line DELETE DATA
2. In the email, include either the email address on your account or the user UUID copied from the app, and ask to have your account deleted
3. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your email address and all in-game statistics (progress, scores, achievements, and gameplay history) from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
